Why is my home so dirty?

Surely all of these Pixies that have arrived on my doorstep over the last couple of weeks should have got the duster and hoover out?

Obviously not, but never mind - the Pixies have all found a home (until they are all sold of course) - Clive has managed to find a hiding place, well done!

The grand total of 469 Pixies have arrived, some are re-stocks and there are some new ones too........take a look at some of them:

They are just a few, but if you want to see the other Pixies we have for sale, why not take a look in our website www.trewhellowsgiftshop.co.uk

Just in case that isn't enough new stock, a bit more came today:

Zen Garden with an Angel

A Pair of Fairy Doors

and........I have even more new stock coming next week!

Well, I am going to have a coffee now and then maybe I should put the duster and hoover around myself.............even fairies and pixies don't do it in this house!

Hello everyone,

Well, I know it has been a long time since I last wrote on my Blog, but when did all this layout change?

I thought I would 'blog' as I have some news for all Anthony Fisher Pixie lovers!
At Trewhellows Gift Shop we will soon have a new range of Pixies!  Not only new ones, but I have negotiated a good price with my supplier, buying a vast quantity and therefore got the price right down - so, I will be reducing the price of a lot of existing ones too.  Just keep an eye on this page if you just love the little mischievous imps.

If you live in the U.K. you will know that Royal Mail put up their prices for parcels this week.  Most of our goods go out in boxes and what would have cost us £2.20 to post last week would now cost £5.20 this week, but fear not - Royal Mail have reduced the criteria to be a Business Customer, so we can now get reduced postage (basically, it will cost us the same as it did before the rise).
We have always kept our business very small (and therefore did not have enough post for a Royal Mail Business Account in the past), so that we can give each and everyone of our customers the best personal service.  We have no intention of getting big and having to employ people as I feel that is where we would start to lose the personal touch.

As to posting outside of the U.K. - we now ask anybody interested in buying from us to e-mail first for a shipping quote.  Using Couriers has just got too expensive to 'guestimate' a shipping fee and to be honest, there is no point in 'setting' the shipping for example, to the USA at £25, if someone only wanted to buy a keyring.

That's enough about Trewhellows Gift Shop - I will now move on to news about Rosia Cottage.  As you may already know, we completely renovated the cottage in 2007 and started using it as a holiday let in 2008, that makes 2013 our 6th year of changing beds lol.   Although it has been decorated indoors a few times since 2008, this year we have been having a few walls plastered outside with a few trees chopped down and a revamp in the garden (or maybe you thought of it as a jungle if you have stayed in the past).

As you can see, the plaster on the walls is still damp but as soon as it is dry enough, I will get Clive out (in all weather's lol) with his paint brush and everything will be magnolia!  Make it look at bit Mediterranean even if our weather doesn't match it!!

I have lots of seeds in trays, I only put them in yesterday so it's a bit early to know if I have 'sucseeded' (spl intended and pun intended, sorry!) so hopefully there will be lots of colourful flowers in the garden this summer too - but please don't hold me to that bit as I'm not very green fingered!

Well, I think that's enough blog for anyone to read through - so thanks for popping by and reading it ........ hope you enjoyed.
